Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit card approval and available inventory.  If an item is out of stock, you are notified via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours to decide whether to back order or cancel the order.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post™ unless otherwise specified and are carefully packed with the original invoice attached inside and outside of the package.  Worldwide shipping and insurance are available. Insurance charges are added to the shipping charges on your invoice.  We accept no liability for damage incurred during shipping.  If the order is received in damaged condition, notify the carrier and White Squall Consulting Inc. immediately.

Returns & Replacements

An RMA number must be applied for via e-mail or telephone stating the reason for the return.  After authorization, an RMA form will be sent via e-mail.  It must be completed and returned with the item.  A restocking charge may be assessed and deducted from the refund.

Payments & Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian dollars.  Payments are available through our office using Visa™ or MasterCard™.  We originally provides a shopping cart on our web site but experience has proved that over 90% of our clients prefer to contact us direct to place their orders.

All orders originating from outside of Canada are not subjected to Canadian taxes.  Orders placed by Canadian clients will be charged the applicable provincial and federal taxes.

Contact us for Government and Emergency Administration group discount pricing.

Credit Card Security

As soon as an order has been processed client credit card information is shredded for security purposes.

Viewing Orders

All orders result in an itemized invoice that includes applicable part and serial numbers plus shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

When an order or request for quote is received an invoice or quote will be generated and e-mailed to the client.  If the client agrees with the order it will be processed.

Technical Support

Simple technical support will be provided using e-mail or Skype.  More complex technical support will be provided only using  Skype to allow real time step by step support.  Attempting to solve complex technical issues using e-mail will only result in confusion and waste valuable time.

Consulting/Labour Charges

Consulting and labour will be charged out at C$80.00 per hour.  No taxes are applied for foreign clients but Canadian provincial taxes will be charged where applicable.

Installation Philosophy

We suggest that off-shore clients become as familiar as possible with systems on their vessels so that in the event of an equipment emergency they will have a better understanding and be better able to troubleshoot the problem.  With this in mind we will discuss radio/modem installation issues with the client so they can competently approach their own installation.  When the installation is complete we will inspect the installation.  We hope that this process will not only be instructive but will save the client money.
